- Beginning Experience – provides support and programs for separated, widowed, and divorced people and their children.
- The Grief Recovery Institute – a 12-week program, facilitated by grief-recovery specialists. The program helps willing participants complete the pain caused by death, divorce, and other losses.
- Parents Without Partners – an international educational organization of custodial and non custodial parents: widowed, divorced, separated, or never married. Its objective is to provide understanding and mutual support to single parents, and help them deal with the problems or raising children in a one-parent household.
- Rainbows – Peer support groups for children, adolescents, and adults who a divorce, death, or other painful transition in the family.

- Visions Anew Institute – In Georgia, Visions Anew offers a comprehensive package of services for divorcing and newly divorced women. Includes retreat weekends, seminars, and support groups by presenters and facilitators who are themselves divorced women. A whole spectrum of divorce resources is available.
- Pinkpeppers.org – a nationwide, social and professional, networking group for the unique needs of divorced and separated women!
- WIFE.org – The Woman’s Institute for Financial Education is the oldest non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial education to women in the quest for financial independence.
- WOC – the Woman’s Opportunity Center is committed to help women gain economic self-sufficiency through education, job readiness, networking, outreach, referrals and emotional support.
